Founded by Darlene Allen, whose career spans 50 years as a dedicated dental hygienist, our work is rooted in a timeless approach to healthcare-one that prioritizes the whole person over standardized algorithms or clinical quotas. Throughout her five decades of service, Darlene cared for her patients the old-school way, where appointments were defined not by rigid timers, but by listening, empathy, and deep human connection. Guided heavily by Faith, Hope, and Love, she recognized that a person's health is deeply intertwined with their spirit, environment, and overall well-being.

This perspective naturally led her to look beyond conventional, transactional medicine and embrace the principles of functional health and holistic wellness. Allen Strategies was born out of a desire to restore that traditional, relationship-first approach to health. We believe that true wellness thrives when patients are treated like family, not data points in a computer system. By fostering authentic, lasting relationships, we aim to inspire and empower individuals to achieve vibrant health in all aspects of life-body, mind, and spirit.

Family drives everything I do. Wellness isn’t just a business for me — it’s personal. Caring for mind, body, and soul is the greatest gift we give the people we love, and my why starts at home. My rock is Robert, my husband of 49 years and Chief Deputy of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. Our son Christopher, a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with 20 years of

service, currently works as the Head of Security for the Supervisor of Elections. My daughter-in-law Laurie helps others heal as a physical therapist and finds families homes as a realtor. My grandsons Jake (15) and Alex (11) keep me on my toes and

laughing every day. My four sisters, their husbands, and a loud, loving crew of nieces, nephews, and grandbabies make up the village that surrounds me. That legacy of service, strength, and deep love is what I bring to Allen Strategies. We help you protect your health, nourish your body, and care for your soul so you can show up fully for the people who matter most.
